Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Kronos mobile application (the "App") operated by AppExpo ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Kronos is an AI-powered productivity tool that provides:

Transcription: Converting audio/video files and recordings into text.
Text-to-Speech (TTS): Converting text and documents into spoken audio.
Link Processing: Extracting and transcribing audio from supported public links (e.g., YouTube, Instagram).
Subtitle Generation: Creating subtitles for uploaded videos.
Scanning: OCR technology to read text from images.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions: Kronos offers "Pro" or "Premium" features via auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payments: All payments are processed by the respective App Store. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their refund policies.

3. User Content and Conduct

Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of the audio, video, text, and documents ("User Content") you upload to Kronos.

License: By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating the transcript).

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, violates intellectual property rights, or contains hate speech. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Accuracy of AI Technology

No Guarantee: Kronos uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) for transcription, translation, and voice generation. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

Verification: You acknowledge that transcripts or translations may contain errors. You should verify any critical information generated by the App before relying on it. Kronos is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the output.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may allow you to input links from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram). We do not own or control these platforms.

Your use of third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those platforms. You represent that you have the right to process any third-party URL you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kronos App, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, code, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of AppExpo and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppExpo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
